‘The Resurrection became a topic I devoted many years to, tirelessly and relentlessly,’ Rabin Mondal told DAG in an old interview. An experimental work in oil paint and collage, Resurrection depicts Christ as he emerged from his tomb, but disfigured in a skeletal ghoulish form.
