Paramjeet Singh attained a name within the art circles and beyond through his work in serigraphs or silk screen prints, something that he took up on the advice of Jagmohan Chopra, fellow artist and teacher at College of Art, Delhi. He continued to work with serigraphs for three decades, even though he painted alongside. The human figures in his serigraphs, particularly, attest to a certain introspective quality about them, thereby adding to a mysteriousness about them that is left on the viewer to decipher.
