Still Life III

A student of fine arts at M. S. University of Baroda, Dattatraya Apte later taught printmaking at various workshops in France, India, and Nepal and curated several graphic print exhibitions and published related catalogues. Apte strongly believes in the ‘education system’ of art, stressing that ‘the idea of expression is not taught from a very early age’. Apte’s own body of work includes the artist dabbling in various genres, mediums, and subjects innovatively, as seen in Still Life III.
