From the realistic to the surrealistic, R. N. Pasricha forged a record for himself for painting the most number of mountain peaks, all of them plein-air, marking him an outdoors painter who looked up to Nicholas Roerich for inspiration. His brief foray into collages was an aberration in his practice, but one in which he excelled, culling together elements from torn magazines and newspapers to assemble abstract compositions, as seen in this Untitled work, which is created thoughtfully, keeping in mind the bright colours and the overall impact.
