Histories in the Making: Photographing Indian Monuments, 1855-1920 explores how early photography shaped our understanding of India's history and its monuments. Curated by Dr. Sudeshna Guha, the exhibition draws from DAG's archives to reveal the complex interplay between colonialism, science, and visual culture, showcasing the evolution of photographic techniques and their role in documenting and interpreting India's architectural heritage.
