Architectural historian Saptarshi Sanyal and art historian Soumik Nandy Majumdar lead an exploratory site visit through Santiniketan's Uttarayan, Ashrama and Kala Bhavana precincts, delving into the experimentations with modernity that shaped India's architectural landscape, and the production of pioneering modernist artworks.

Registrations are closed. This programme in association with Rabindra Bhavana, Visva Bharati is a part of the prelude to the fifth edition of DAG’s annual art and heritage festival, 'The City as a Museum', in Santiniketan and adjacent villages.
