Invitees included Indian princely rulers, high-ranking British officials, various dignitaries, and visitors from overseas. They were seated together in the amphitheatre which gave them a view of the main dais. This photograph from the album shows several Indian rulers seated in the amphitheatre, notably, the Begum of Bhopal Sultan Jahan in purdah (extreme left) and the Maharaja of Mysore, Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV.
