Michael Calabria is Director of the Center for Arab and Islamic Studies at the St. Bonaventure University, New York, U.S where he is also Associate Professor of Arab and Islamic Studies.

Bringing together works from the late eighteenth to the mid-twentieth century, the exhibition The Mute Eloquence of the Taj Mahal explores how the Taj Mahal has been conceived, and the many ways it was represented, and imagined across time.
