This colour-saturated work by Prabhakar Barwe presents a surrealist landscape with its dark tones and Dali-esque elements strewn around it. A disembodied face and an amputated limb only partially visible lie next to an over-sized fruit or vegetable; the three together add to the dismal picture. While it could be a leaf out of a book of war visuals, it could also be a pure study of space, object and colour with each of the three elements getting ample space to assert their identity.
