The Bird in Flight

As the title suggests, Altaf creates a bird in flight and offers us, in turn, a bird’s eye-view of the ground below, exactly as the winged creature must see it all from above. The maze of prisms, triangles, quadrangles, and diamonds of the earth show the artist’s ability to turn the earthy landscape into an abstract labyrinth, pointing to his superb command over draughtsmanship.
